- Applicant must have five (5) O’level credits or its equivalent.

Located in Lagos, NOUN is an additional federal university. Being an online university, It allows its students to learn online from the comfort of their home or workplace by using computer-based networks and media, including print, audio, and video, as well as computer-based media and networks for information presentation and communication.
